Fractional CTO · inquiry and finance agent SaaS

Engineering management, product strategy, forward deployed engineering and v3 architecture direction for an enterprise conversational AI platform, with direct implementation of root-cause reliability fixes. Designed and implemented an improvement loop that classifies handoffs into knowledge or workflow gaps, links conversation evidence and assesses tool readiness. Human-approved runbook-access changes are reversible without overwriting unrelated settings; follow-up reporting calculates runbook usage and ticket handoff signals from stored data after approval. The improvement feature’s production rollout is scheduled.

Fractional CTO · AI health and wellness

Led a three-month platform turnaround in 2025: recovered the production API, resolved Redis/Dragonfly TLS failures, established release governance, delivered a TestFlight beta and completed technical handover.

    • Lead technical leads and customer delivery across hundreds of completed Pendoah projects; guide customer research, UX, feature prioritization and release decisions.
    • Delivered a HIPAA natural-language-to-SQL analytics platform across 50 pharmacy locations for an approximately $100M enterprise.
